Mr. Karan Kanwal, Deputy Registrar, India International Arbitration Centre (IIAC), was invited as a panellist at the 9th Annual Meet & International Summit organised by the Alliance for Corporate Counsel and Company Secretaries (ACCS). The session, titled “International Arbitration: Positioning India as a Preferred Seat to Drive Global Competitiveness,” brought together senior members of the Bar, industry leaders, and arbitration practitioners to deliberate on strengthening India’s institutional arbitration framework and enhancing global confidence in India as a seat of arbitration.
